Yellow/Red Card reports are now to be emailed directly to the Disciplinary Commissioner, Steven Cugini ( stevencugini@gmail.com ) . PLEASE FOLLOW THIS FORMAT FOR DOCUMENTATION PURPOSES:

*If you have multiple players and teams, simply put all the info in one email then with the subject "Multiple Card Reports"*

Did Referee Abuse occur?

If you would like to submit an OFFICIAL Referee Abuse report, please email stevencugini@gmail.com with a well detailed report of what occurred. This report has to have names of offenders if it was players and/or coaches. If it was spectators, no names are required, but if you can obtain a name of the spectators, that will help. Make sure to include the offending team's name as well so we can contact the right people responsible.

If you would like to submit an UNOFFICIAL Referee Abuse report, please email the same email with a brief detail report of what happened. No names are required. However, the offending team should be listed in this report so RugbyPA can contact the right people responsible.

OFFICIAL reports will include sanctions such as suspensions and/or fines on the offender(s).

UNOFFICIAL reports will not include any sanctions towards offenders. It will be more of a formal warning to the offender(s) that a report was submitted.
