2024 Buford Holiday Parade Participation Sign-up Form
The Buford Business Alliance is presenting the 2024 Buford Holiday Festival and Parade on Saturday, Dec. 7. In the event of rain, a make-up date will be the following Saturday, Dec. 14. The parade will be at 9 a.m. and will start at Tannery Row, 554 W. Main St. and end at South Hill Street.

If your business or organization would like to participate in the parade, the BBA asks that your parade entry be festive. There is no fee to participate in the parade. Please fill out the form and submit it to turn in your application.

Terms and Conditions
  • The application must be filled out in its entirety.
  • Accurately describe your entry.
  • Submit the application and make sure you received the confirmation of submission.
  • Submitting the application does not mean you have been approved to participate in the parade.
  • All participants must have their own car and driver for the parade and/or be willing to walk the length of the parade route (approximately 3/4 of a mile one direction).
  • Approved applicants will be notified via email if their entry was accepted.
  • Approved participants will receive instructions about arrival times, etc. closer to the date of the event.
  • Please follow all instructions contained within that email.
  • Keep in mind that this is a community event. Please keep to a positive expression on your entry. Having candy to toss out to the spectators is strongly encouraged.
  • Parade organizers/law enforcement have the right to remove any parade entry for violation of any of the terms and conditions.

Liability Waiver
As the organization/group/business/individual representative that has filled out this application, I hereby release, remise and forever discharge the parade organizers, volunteers, City of Buford, Buford Business Alliance, it's officers and director separately or jointly, of and from all liability, claims, actions, and possible loss of action that may accrue to any member of the group from every and any possible loss, damage, and injury (including death) that may be sustained while participating in the parade. We release any claim to photographers and movies of the parade that we may be in. We also agree to abide by the rules for the parade.
