By joining us today and bringing your furry friend to our pool, you are agreeing to take full responsibility for your dog’s behavior while on the premises of the Avonworth Community Park and The Pool.

You also attest that your dog is up to date on vaccinations required by Allegheny County and the state of Pennsylvania, specifically, but not limited to the rabies vaccination. And will produce proof of vaccinations at a later date, if requested by The Park, should an incident arise.

By attending this event, you agree to clean up any fecal matter your dog may leave behind, while visiting the facility and park.

The Park will not be held liable for any damage and or dogs behaving poorly. Should your dog exhibit signs of aggression toward others. They may be asked to leave.

This event is for non-aggressive dogs.

A form must be completed for each dog entering the facility.

Upon completion of this form, your information will be saved in our system. When you arrive at The Pool, you will give your name, as well as the name of your dog, to the front desk staff. Once it has been reviewed, you will be asked to pay your entry fee, prior to admittance.
