Personal information that you supply to us may be used in a number of ways to facilitate your riding club membership. It should be noted that as we are affiliated to the British Horse Society as a British Riding Club, your personal information will be shared with them in order to fulfil your BRC membership benefits and they may share with associates for the purpose of fulfilling your full membership benefits i.e. insurance providers.
We / BRC will automatically contact you about your membership: for example, to ensure you receive your membership benefits, to tell you about news, activities and events. This includes sending you a regular magazine, email updates, information on other membership benefits, and publishing competition times and results in the public domain.

*IMPORTANT* Please be aware you must enter yourself i.e via Equo.  The ETSW team captain will instruct you on how you should pay/enter.
I agree to pay for any additional preliminary entry fees that ETSW have paid, should I have to withdraw from the Qualifying competition and am not replaced. *
Preliminary fees are paid to BRC for every competitor who enters as a Qualifying entry.  ETSW currently subsidises this fee.  If the fee has been paid for your entry and you withdraw from the competition you will be required to pay back this fee to ETSW
I agree to pay for any Championship Entry costs that ETSW have paid for should I have to withdraw from any Championships that I have qualified for *
*IMPORTANT* For Successful Qualifying Teams and Individuals Championship entry fees are Subsidised by ETSW.  If you withdraw from a Championship that you have qualified for and the club cannot substitute (Send a replacement rider) then you will be required to pay back your championship entry fee.
