Fifth Annual Queen City Chili Cook-off Entry Form
To enter the Chili Cook-off, fill out this entry form by March 31, 2017 along with the list of your ingredients. There is no fee to enter the Chili Cook-off!

Serving utensils, tasting containers, and table set up provided by Nectar's. Chili must arrive at Nectar's heated and ready to be served in either a crock pot or hot plate at 10:30am. Each entry must be a minimum of 3 gallons of chili. One type of chili per entry. Note: not all chili needs to be in the crock pot at the same time. Any additional chili containers can be stored by Nectar's staff and brought out as needed to refill your crock-pot or other heating element. Each participant is able to serve their chili with any toppings, sauces, etc. that will help make your chili unique!

Note: you (or a representative of your chili) must be present during the cook-off to serve your chili.

Admission fee to taste and judge chili: $5 (all proceeds to benefit Fire Fighters Association)
Entry fee to enter Chili Cook-off: Free!
