Explore the DNA of Racism - How did New Jersey respond to Reconstruction and Jim Crow

The Unitarian Universalist Church in Cherry Hill Reparations Task Force has invited Dr. Walter Greason of Macalester College to lead a discussion about how the embedded racism that allowed New Jersey to be considered the Slave State of the North continued to be expressed during Reconstruction and Jim Crow through racial housing covenants, the acceptance of the Ku Klux Klan, and other displays of racism.
