All designers are required of the following:

- All designers are required to pay 50% of the package selected as a non-refundable deposit for feature during Texas Fashion Week to secure a slot. A payment request will be sent with approval. Flexible payment plans are available for the remaining 50% of payment.
- Designer fee must be paid in full by September 1st. If the designer spot is not paid, the spot will be forfeited.
- This application DOES NOT guarantee a designer feature spot during Texas Fashion Week.
- Approved designers will be informed via email

- Designers are expected to submit logos, song selection/services requested, and other required information by the due date provided upon acceptance

- Runway show music can be provided by TXFW Director of Music at an additional fee to the designer; no fee if Designer provides all audio files to the Director of Music by given deadline.

Waiver: The Texas Fashion Industry Initiative reserves the right to refuse any designer application. The designer shall defend, save and hold harmless the Texas Fashion Industry Initiative, their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability, or expense that may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Designer showcases are not insured by the Texas Fashion Industry Initiative or any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Exhibitors must have replacement cost insurance for all personal property. Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care, and maintenance of exhibitor’s property. ANY DESIGNER NOT HOLDING VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE EXHIBITS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY.
