UKRC Compliance

The introduction of UKRC (United Kingdom Regulatory Compliance) by all carriers in the United Kingdom marks a significant step forward in facilitating business-to-customer communication via 10-digit long codes. Historically, these long codes were predominantly used for person-to-person (P2P) communication, resulting in limitations in throughput for businesses and increased filtering.

With the implementation of UKRC, reputable businesses now have access to enhanced deliverability and throughput for their messaging campaigns. However, to take advantage of these benefits, additional registration is required to instill confidence with carriers and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

When filling out the form, please use a UK entity for registration, if you have one available.

Paradox may reach out to obtain documentation or an excerpt from your commercial register if required for any businesses not using a UK Companies House Registration Number (For example, if you are registered in the USA, you will need to provide your CP-575). If you are registered with the UKCH, you may be required to share your confirmation statement (annual return) after submission. Contact your client success representative if you have any questions regarding submission.
