• Registrants will be notified via email once their registration form is received and payment is made.
• Payments of either Cash, Cheque, Credit card payments must be made at CARIRI’s Accounting Department (UWI
Campus, St Augustine). Cheques can be made payable to: Caribbean Industrial Research Institute or CARIRI.
• Direct Deposits can be made to any Republic Bank (Account # 160 127 505 001)should you choose this payment
method you are required to forward a copy of your deposit slip to to confirm your registration.
• Online payment via Paypal requires an invoice. Should you prefer this method of payment, we will forward an invoice
to you; upon receipt you may make the payment accordingly.

• Cancellations must be made in writing to Ms. Fareeda Mungal;
• Cancellations made after April 13, 2018 will be subject to a cancellation fee of TT$1000.00.
• Registrants who do not cancel prior to April 20, 2018 will be liable for the full registration fee.
• No refunds will be granted after April 20, 2018.
