Executive Directors of JCCs and senior lay leaders of JCCs
with a minimum of 10 participants.

Cost:
100 USD per person for the entire hub sessions.
Or - 200 USD for up to 3 people from the same JCC.

What the future holds? Designing Future Scenarios based on an Oxford University model conducted by Andres Spokoiny, President and CEO Jewish Funders Network
Following the session, participants will be invited to design a “package” of sessions to implement the process at their local JCCs
(at an added cost)

Re articulating the “Why”- A fresh look at vision, mission and strategy- are they still relevant? Do they need to change and how?

The J in the JCC- The role of the JCC in transmitting Jewish identity. Looking at future trends in Jewish identity their impact on behavior and how will they impact the JCC and the Jewish community.

Scanning the Jewish community landscape- can we identify new partnerships/ collaborations/ possible mergers?
