This application is for students
NOT enrolled at Northwest Christian Academy who will be
entering grades 1-6 for the 2024-2025 school year.
Cost and Days:
- $110 one time Activity Fee
- $290 per week, per student (daily rate not available)
- Invoiced prior to the week of attendance
- Camp is 10 weeks from June 17 through August 23 (closed June 19 and July 4-5)
- Hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (late pick up fee of $5.00 for each five (5) minutes (or portion thereof))
- Lunch provided - students should bring a water bottle and snacks
- Camp T-shirt provided (if enrolled prior to June 14)
- Availability is limited - Apply early!
How to Apply:
- Complete and submit this Application Form (there are 8 sections)
- Complete and turn in the Power of Attorney for Emergency Medical Care to the NCA front office
- Application Form must be received a minimum of five (5) business days prior to desired start date
- Submitted application does not guarantee a spot; enrollment is based on availability
- All payments are invoiced through the FACTS Tuition Management System - if you do not have an account, an email will be sent to create one
