Discover how easy it is to use yoga's ancient tools to enhance your health and well-being in the midst of your busy life. In this workshop, we will explore a series of "yoga bits", or mini-practices for home or workplace, all without a lot of time investment or specialized equipment. Together, they help you quiet your mind and relieve deep bodily tensions to improve flexibility, decompress your spine, reduce stress and live with greater openness and joy. These practices are appropriate for all body types and fitness levels, and can be adapted for those with a variety of health conditions (notifying the instructor of these prior to the workshop would be helpful).
