Complete this form once for EACH item you are selling. When you finish entering your information for your first item, hit SUBMIT.

If you have additional items select "Submit Another Response". For each additional item you ONLY need to enter your name. Please be sure to spell your name the same each time so your items stay together.  Contact information is only needed on the first item.

If you would like help filling in the form for your items and you are doing so at the Snow Bowll on Friday evening, a volunteer will gladly help you. If you would like help pricing your items, just ask!

Enter the price for your item, please note 25% of selling price goes to the CHRHS ski teams, 4th grade learn to ski program and Ragged Mtn Ski Club. If you would like help pricing your item, just ask one of the volunteers on Friday evening.
