HS Summer School Registration Form, 2020
Registration is open now through Tuesday, June 30, 2020. The fee for summer school is $80 per 0.5 credit course. The fee is only $40 per 0.5 credit course for students who qualify for free or reduced lunch. This form and all course fees must be completed and paid in full before studetns will be assigned any online courses. Please contact Michelle Loder at 810-591-1806, if you have any questions.

My student will need to check-out a Chromebook from the High School in order to participate in the summer school program. If you click Yes, one of the summer school teachers will contact you to arrange your Chromebook pickup. *
I understand that my student must complete their online courses at home and online signup to attend Summer School Support Sessions if they need tutoring help. *

I understand that because we are limiting each Summer School Support Session to 25 students, students must signup to attend a Support Session and seats will be filled on a FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE basis. I also understand that if my student has not signed up for a Support Session and has not been accepted to attend by Ms. Trzebiatowski, my student will not be allowed into the Support Session and I must pick my student up and attend a different Support Session. *
I understand that if my student attends any Summer School Support Sessions, he/she adhere to all social distancing safe practices by WEARING MASKS AT ALL TIMES, staying 6 feet apart from other students, and staying in their media center computer station seat at all times. I understand that if my students does not adhere to these social distancing safe practices, he/she may be asked to be asked to leave the building and will not be able to attend the Summer School Support Sessions. *
Due to safe social distancing practices, I understand that if my students attends any Summer School Support Session, he/she will not be allowed in the building before the Support Session start times and must leave the building at the end of the Support Session he signed up to attend. *
