FAQ's:
Can I bring a young child with me? Children are a gift. We are open to children accompanying parents. In a few instances, we have had infants come with their parents. The experience with a child can be challenging, but also enriching. We ask parents to keep in mind that bringing a child may change your own personal retreat experience slightly, as you will also be responsible for your child throughout the retreat. You may miss portions of the retreat to attend to your child's needs. We do not currently have the resources to provide childcare, but we are open to this idea if there is a great need. While we want to do our best to make space for any little ones that accompany parents, we ask you to keep in mind that there may be times that you may need to take breaks to step-out with your child to attend to their needs. If you do plan to bring a little one, please reach out to let us know so we can best accommodate you!
Can I come for only a portion of the retreat? While we desire participants to experience the entire weekend, we are open to retreat participants that may only be able to attend part of the weekend. If that is the case, we encourage participants to attend the entirety of Saturday where the bulk of the retreat is at. Notify us if you have a serious reason that you cannot attend the entire weekend.
What age range typically attends this retreat? The retreat is designed for young adults in their 20's and 30's. We typically have young adults participate from age 18 through age 39 from all states of life (married, engaged, parents, dating, single, student, career, etc.). We often have someone participating from each one of those demographics. If you are anywhere in the range from 18-39, this retreat is for you.
