Chatham High School Hall of Fame Nominations
Please use the form below to nominate individuals for the Chatham High School Sports/Activities Hall of Fame.  Nominations will be reviewed and annual recipients selected by the CHS Hall of Fame Committee.  Consult the list below for definitions and regulations.  

Nomination Categories:
  1. Athlete- An athlete may be eligible for the CHS Hall of Fame 5 years after graduating from CHS. Athletes will be selected based on awards they received at the region or state level, statistics, or general contributions to their team or school including character and commitment.  Accomplishments after leaving Chatham High School can be considered.
  2. Coach- A coach may be eligible for nomination to the CHS HOF if they have coached for at least 5 years at CHS and have been at least 5 years removed from coaching at CHS.  Coaches will be selected based on number of wins, success of their players, years of service, contributions to the school, etc.  
  3. Contributor- A contributor can be eligible for nomination as an individual or group.  Contributors are community members or school staff beyond coaches who have helped develop and foster growth and success of athletics at CHS and in the community.
Nominees may be living or deceased.
