We ❤️ Builders: Join the Builder Talent Trail!

This Valentine’s season, we’re celebrating the incredible talent of Decentraland builders with the Builder Talent Trail, happening on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Six outstanding builds will be selected by the Decentraland Foundation team to be part of the trail. If your build is chosen, it will be included in a guided tour and entered for the Community Choice Award happening on Friday, February 14 — you can win up to 1000 USD in MANA! 

Deadline for submission: Friday, January 31 at 10pm UTC / 2pm PST.

FAQs

❤️Which builds are eligible for submission?

  • Your build must be currently deployed on LAND in Decentraland's Genesis City. Builds in a Decentraland WORLD are not eligible for this Trail
  • You do not need to create a new build for this event - this is about celebrating the great work already in Decentraland!
  • There is no restriction on the theme or size of your build. The builds for the Trail will be selected on the strength of their creativity, uniqueness and interest to the wider Decentraland community.  
  • No additional changes can be made to your scene after this Open Call ends on January 31.
  • Your build and your public social profiles* must comply with the Terms of Use, Code of Ethics and Content Policy of the Decentraland Platform.

    *So that we can tag you on the main Decentraland socials.
❤️How does the Community Choice Award work?
  • All builds included in the Trail can enter the Community Choice Award. You can also choose to opt out of the voting by choosing the "opt out" option in the form below. If you opt out of the vote, your build will still be included in the Trail but will not be entered to win 1000 USD in MANA. 
  • Community members can cast their vote on Discord from Tuesday Feb 11 until Friday Feb 14.
  • The build with the most votes will be awarded 1000 USD in MANA, the two runners up will be awarded 250 USD each in MANA**.
❤️What will I need to complete this form?
  1. Make sure you have joined the Decentraland Discord (you'll need this for your entry).
  2. Prepare one or two good photos of your build.
  3. Know your build coordinates.

**All MANA to USD exchanges will be taken from the closing MANA value of Monday Feb 17 and the funds transferred to the wallet of your choice (ERC20) by Tuesday Feb 18 2025
