This from is open for everyone who came in contact with ESN Zurich, to share any concerns regarding safety (mental or physical), misbehaviour of any sort or even praise
in context of ESN events.
It may take some time for the answers to be processed. This form is not intended for
emergencies. In case of urgent matters, one shall reach out directly to members
of ESN ZH, and if necessary, staff of the respective university, ambulance, police
etc.
A good first step is to contact the organizer of the event directly; additionally, the
board of ESN ZH has an open ear as well. The contact information can be found
on our website [1].

However, if the person filling a complaint wishes to remain anonymous, one may stay so. This form can be filled out anonymously as well.
The input into this form will be processed by the two safe people.
Please note that the safe people are not professionals, nor have a background in psychology. For professional help, have look at the “Psychological Counseling” of UZH [2].
The Nigthline [3], a service run by students for students, is also worth considering.

What is a “safe person”?
A “safe person” is a member of ESN Zurich, independent of the board, who specifically
has an open ear for complaints of any sorts regarding people and events in
connection to ESN Zurich, but also praise. The safe person may offer emotional
support, spread a sense of safety and even try to mediate during a potential
conflict between the involved parties.
Who are the safe people?
Currently the safe people are Ariane (f) and Filippo (m). Those people can be also
