As a volunteer with Enfield Community Cat Project, I understand the risks involved in working near or with any animal, including risk of personal injury. On behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives and executors, I hereby release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Enfield Community Cat Project, its agents, servants and employees from any and all claims, causes of action, or demands, of any nature or cause, including costs and attorney’s fees incurred by Enfield Community Cat Project in connection with the same, based on damages or injuries which may be incurred, or sustained by me in any way connected with my services for Enfield Community Cat Project, including but not limited to animal bites, accidents or injuries. I also agree to all policies and procedures provided to me by Enfield Community Cat Project and understand that non-compliance will result in grounds for dismissal. I understand that all cats are property of Enfield Community Cat Project and if necessary, cats at any time will be returned upon request. I agree to let a member of ECCP staff on premises at any time especially in case of an emergency. *
