Thank you SO MUCH for donating an item (or items!) to #Creators4Comics - reporting your items is simple. Just follow these steps:

1.   Please go here: http://www.tinyurl.com/Creators4Comics and the item number which corresponds to your auction on the spreadsheet.  If you have more than one auction to report, please fill out the form for each item.  

2.  Report the ITEM NUMBER below (using a numerical value, no punctuation)

3.  If you do NOT have an item number (meaning your auction isn't on the sheet) please report your item here: tinyurl.com/AddYourAuction - After you have reported your item, please refresh the main Creators4Comics sheet to find your bid number http://www.tinyurl.com/Creators4Comics (your auction will be at the bottom of the list)  

4.  Report the dollar amount (USD) - please do not include the dollar sign. If your auction was "matched" by a charity or individual please put the TOTAL in this section and email me to know who matched your bid!

5. If your auction was won by more than one person (for instance if you had seats in a class or multiple commissions available as part of the same auction) please report the TOTAL AMOUNT raised in your auction on this form.  Please do not fill out this form multiple times for the same auction.
