3. Partnering for the event, by choosing one of the packages including seats at the Gala, available at http://www.romaniainsiderawards.ro/support-positive-romania/
The seats within the event are limited. We reserve the right to change the availability of the registration options at any time, provided we have not already confirmed your order in the conditions set below.
After you place the order, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail along with the invoice payable via bank transfer, with a 5 working-day payment term. If you are an individual or company located in Romania, the invoice will be in RON, at the National Bank of Romania exchange rate.
For partnership packages within the event, we will send you a confirmation e-mail along with a draft contract and invoice, within 5 working days from placing the order. If you apply to register for the event less than 5 working days before the date of the event, and if, for any reason we have not received payment in full by the date of the event, you will have to provide proof of payment before the event. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time if payment is not made.
For branded tables, you can cancel your registration at any time within 14 days from the moment you submitted this order, by writing us an e-mail at email@example.com. Please note that cancellations within 30 days before the event are not possible for this type of package.
For partnership packages, the cancellation terms will be set in the contract.
Valid cancellations in the conditions set above will be fully refunded in a period of up to 5 working days.
You will receive by email a copy of your answers to this order form.
