Stakeholder Forum on Compostable Plastics: The Impacts and Implications of Use and Acceptance
Join us on August 20th from 2 to 4pm CDT - Illinois Food Scrap Coalition, in partnership with Chicago Sustainability Task Force, will lead this solution-oriented discussion focused on best practices and challenges in the use and processing of compostable plastics.

We aim to identify mutually-agreed upon steps towards a solution, as well as fact-based guidance for the brand owners and large purchasers of single-use packaging committed to reducing plastic waste.
