Mommas, Munchkins, and Milk 2018 - Registration (For donors/vendors)
In celebration of WORLD BREASTFEEDING WEEK, the Breastfeeding Support Group of Pulaski, TN is hosting for the community a BABY EXPO on Saturday, AUGUST 4, 2018 from 10AM-3PM at the Pulaski Recreation Center

About the Event:
Vendors and speakers will be related to health and wellness for mothers and babies, including NUTRITION, INNOVATIVE BABY PRODUCTS, CAR SEAT SAFETY, PARENTING, and the ART OF BREASTFEEDING
Breastfeeding moms and nurslings: At 10:30am, participate in the BIG LATCH ON
In addition to as education for parents, the event will include FOOD, DOOR PRIZES, & GRAB BAGS
And the best part? It’s all FREE for those who attend!

Thank you for your interest in having a booth at our event. The registration fee is $30 for a 10' wide' booth or $50 for a 20' wide Booth. This includes a table for your use, but please consider bringing your own table and chairs.We also have many sponsorship levels, described below. Your support helps our group's year-round programming to support the women of Giles County and surrounding areas. FEES CAN BE MADE VIA PAYPAL to info@breastfeedingsupportofpulaski.org or checks made to Breastfeeding Support Group of Pulaski, TN and mailed to 600 Blooming Grove Rd, Pulaski, TN 38478

GOLD SPONSORSHIP - $500 Donation (at least 50% of donation must be monetary)
Whole page ad in our event program, your logo in our sponsorship album on our Facebook page, your
name mentioned in our event announcements, a 20' wide booth space where you can represent
your company, and your promotional item or sample in 150 Swag Bags.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP - $250 Donation (at least 50% of donation must be monetary)
Half-page ad in our event program, your logo in our sponsorship album on our Facebook page, your
name mentioned in our event announcements, a 20' wide booth space where you can represent
your company, and your promotional item or sample in 150 Swag Bags.

LACTATION LOUNGE/CHANGING STATION SPONSORSHIP - $250 Donation
Your logo displayed to families in the lounge area as well as an opportunity to display marketing materials (including video slideshow) in this space. Also includes a 10' wide booth space where you can represent your company, and your promotional item or sample in 150 Swag Bags.

SOUND SPONSORSHIP - $100 Donation – 2 Slots
Your business will be mentioned during the event announcements in the event’s central location/vendor area. Also includes a 10' wide booth space where you can represent your company, and your promotional item or sample in 150 Swag Bags.

PHOTOBOOTH SPONSORSHIP - $50 Donation – 4 Slots
An image of your logo will be displayed on our “Red Carpet” photobooth backdrop. Also includes a 10' wide booth space where you can represent your company, and your promotional item or sample in 150 Swag Bags.

SWAG BAGS
Donations or booth rentals of $30 or more will earn you the opportunity to include a sample item
or promotional material in each of our 150 Swag Bags that will be offered to the first 150 adults
who enters our event.

We are seeking key donors who will be recognized in the program with a full page ad, in the slideshow playing during the event, and on our t-shirts, banners and marketing materials. An acknowledgement of your support will be included in the general announcements over the loudspeaker. Gold sponsors will also receive a double booth space (20’ x 10’) if they wish to be represented in person, or can be listed as a sponsor of one of our activity booths. Gifts in kind, such as a catered lunch, printing, and cash or product donations valued in excess of $250 will all be considered Gold Sponsors.
