CAAM Opera Aria Application 
Choral Arts Alliance of Missouri is pleased to announce the return of the Opera Arias Competition! And this time, we have multiple categories! CAAM will select one winner from each of the major colleges in the area, one high school winner, and two winners from our new Open Category (ages 19-59 and 60+). Each winner will be a featured soloist on the May 9th CAAM "Opera in Concert" performance, and will additionally receive: a $150 cash prize, a free coaching on their aria, a professional headshot, and two complimentary tickets to the concert. Save 50% on your entry fee by submitting your application and recording before December 1st when fees increase!

Application Fee
$10 for submissions received prior to December 1st
$20 for applications submitted December 1, 2025- February 15, 2026

    • YouTube video where we can see the entire body
    • Piano or piano backing track ONLY (no orchestral backing track, no live orchestra)
    • High schoolers ONLY: songs from the 24/26/28 Italian Arias and Songs are acceptable (this is not extended to the college or open categories)
    • Slating is not required
