The following application form asks questions which will help you and Victory Shilohs select the right puppy for you and your family.  We have been observing the puppy's behaviour, personality and temperament.  The information on this form helps us to get to know a little about you.

Shiloh Shepherds truly have a variety of personalities and we use an intense LER (Litter Evaluation Report) testing process to properly evaluate each puppy.  This information is then used to match your family with the puppy best suited to you.  For example, one puppy might be perfect in a busy household, while another may instead thrive in a quiet home.

We encourage you to be very honest with us about yourself and your home life as these puppies rely on us to find suitable homes for them.  Please provide as much information as possible, because the more details you provide, the better we are able to serve you.
