TRAFFIC SAFETY. Please do not walk into the street to hand out forms or ask questions. Wait until vehicles have entered the parking lot to a safer spot. *

HYDRATION. Drinks and snacks are provided for volunteers either in the refrigerator or in a cooler. Look for snacks in the hallway or multipurpose (back) room. *

OUR CLIENTS ARE GOD'S CLIENTS. Please be pleasant and show kindness to our clients. Speak in a nice calm voice. Use eye contact and smile. If someone is rude, please call for Lucy Taylor, Gwen Davis or Pastor Chris Davis to handle the situation before it gets out of control. *

SHOPPING WHILE WORKING. If you are “working” you should not be shopping. It causes confusion among both the volunteers and the clients in ways that you wouldn’t believe. If one person gets something then others feel they should as well. So please drive through like the other clients if you want to shop. *
