Black Leadership Institute (BLI) Program Application Form
The Black community Access Program & Strategic Initiative is excited to extend an invitation to you for our Black Leadership Institute (BLI) training program !

 As an aspired Black leader, you have the potential to create significant positive change in your community and beyond. We believe that this program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve your goals and make a meaningful impact.

Our training program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges faced by the Black community in Canada and beyond. You will learn about the historical and current landscape of the black community in Canada, strategies for building and sustaining a successful leadership skill, and the best practices for creating positive changes in your community.


The virtual training programs third cohort will run for four weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the morning, starting on June 13th, 2023 for Skills For Change Employees only.
