How to use the form: 

1. A) How many leads were generated since our last coaching? (Enter the total number of leads generated for the previous week. Example, 40 leads generated last week.)

2. B) How many leads were SUPPOSED to be generated? (This is the minimum daily metrics set by Earon for your business. EXAMPLE: Earon needs to generate 10 leads a day, 6 days per week. The answer to this question would be 60.)

3. What is your percent to goal for Lead Generation? (Divide leads generated (A) by leads that were supposed to be generated (B). EXAMPLE: 40 divided by 60 = .67 or 67%. You were 67% to goal.)

Repeat this process for the following questions.

You should be at least 80% to goal each week, MINIMUM.
