For example, here’s an anecdote where any personally identifiable information has been removed (you can’t tell while reading it who the person is or what organization they are talking about): “Despite having outstanding reviews and being complimented for my hard work, I was called a “paper pusher” and “dirty and messy,” to name a few comments. I was passed on for promotions, and whenever I got them, I would be paid less than my white peers.”
