Individual Honors Contract Interest Form
Please fill out the information on this form and submit it by the deadline posted on the Honors College website. This is step one in the process of exploring whether an Individual Honors Contract is the best way to provide a rigorous and enriching Honors course experience for you.

Individual Honors Contracts will only be approved for courses at the 300-level courses or above and should be requested only in circumstances where no Honors course alternative can be identified. If an Honors course alternative exists that will provide you with the credits you need, it is best to take an existing Honors course offered. Honors staff will contact you to discuss your request further and explain step two in the process as needed.
