In order to be eligible for the People, Plastics and our Planet Workshop please fill out the application form below. Please note that your personal data will be collected and used for the purpose of the application process, always following the GDPR legislation. Please attach your CV (in PDF format). To help us assess your application, we will ask you to answer the following questions:

• What is the biggest challenge we are facing with regard to plastics in our societies today and in the future?
• Why would you like to join this workshop?
• What are you expecting to learn/take away from the programme?
• Why should you be chosen to take part in the programme?

We invite you to provide your answers by recording a 3-5 min video and provide a link to the file. Alternatively you can type your responses in the textboxes provided at the end of the form.

The information you provide will be used for the purposes of progressing your application and will be shared for this purpose between the British Antarctic Survey, the University of Cambridge and the University of East Anglia, the organisers of the People, Plastics and our Planet Workshop.

We are using Google Forms to collect this information. Their Terms of Service are at the bottom of this form.
A copy of the information collected will be held securely by the British Antarctic Survey and will be securely destroyed at the end of the application process in accordance with our retention policy. We will instruct Google to delete all data at the same time.

If you indicate below that you wish to receive further information on the services provided by the organisers of People, Plastics and our Planet, or would like to receive the Aurora Innovation Newsletter, personal information necessary to do this will be securely retained by the organisers solely for this purpose.
