Volunteer Sign Up Form
Kitchen Staff: Assist with planning and preparing meals for four nights of VBS. A snack will be prepared on Sunday night. Dinner will be served nightly at 5:30pm so volunteers will need to arrive around 4:30.
Hero Check In/Registration: Greet and register our heroes (children) each night of VBS. You will need to confirm attendance and that all paperwork is received.. Volunteers will need to arrive no later than 5:15.
Bible Story Leaders: Will need for Pre-K, Kindergarten to rising grades 1 to 5. You will teach prepared materials to the heroes each night. Volunteers will need to be present from 6:30 to 8:00 each night.
Assembly Leaders: Will lead the heroes in watching and discussing a prepared video each night. Volunteers will need to be present from 6:00 to 7:00 each night.
Song Leaders: Will teach and lead the prepared songs with the heroes each night. Will assist in prep for the finale . Volunteers will need to be present from 6:00 to 7:00 each night.
Guides: Will be assigned to groups of heroes and will be responsible for getting them from station to station based upon a prepared schedule. Volunteers will need to be rising 7th to 12th graders or college students. Volunteers will need to present from 5:30 to 8:00 each night.
Craft Leaders: Will need for Pre-K, Kindergarten to rising grades 1 to 5. You will assist with putting together prepared crafts with the heroes. No prior craftiness needed. Volunteers will need to be present from 6:30 to 8:00 each night.
Games Leaders: Will need for Pre-K, Kindergarten to rising grades 1 to 5. You will assist with managing prepared games with the heroes. This will be a way for them to run off energy. Volunteers will need to be present from 6:30 to 8:00 each night.
