Below is an application for the BritTrack Panelist for the Dragon Con 2018. Completing this application does not mean that you are a panelists. You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your application within 72 hours of submission.

BritTrack does not provide Badges for Dragon Con. If you already have your badge, or plan on purchasing one please apply. We do not control guests or professional status of the convention. That is handled by Guest Services. Please note panelists ARE NOT VOLUNTEERS of the convention. Dragon Con calls their "staff," volunteers of the convention. Acceptance of being a panelist for our tentative schedule is limited, panels are subject to change and acceptance to be a panelist does not mean that you will get a badge at the convention.

All information that you submit will be considered. In addition, filling out an application DOES NOT mean that you are a panelist. It means that you have applied to be one. If you are accepted you will receive the necessary confirmations.

Please me mindful that this is a very long process, and finding the right people for panels is very difficult. DISCLAIMER If selected to be a panelist I, ___________________________, agree to show up on time for each of my panels. I will show up on Friday morning for the panelist meeting, (unless otherwise obligated, to which I will explain to Caro {britishmedia@dragoncon.org}) to check in. I will be respectful to other panelists. I will listen to all Brittrack staff. And If I do not show up to my panels on time (at least 5 to 10 minutes before the panel) I know I will either be replaced or removed from the panel. I acknowledge that the Brittrack under any circumstances may remove me as a panelist. Note: this is NOT your Dragon Con Badge. Being a Panelist does not mean you are a formal Guest of the Convention. We do not provide you with a badge.
