WIT Harold Team Auditions - Dec. 1, 3, 4, 2022
AUDITIONS: THU December 1, SAT December 3 and SUN December 4 at Studio Theatre (1501 14th St. NW), in the 3rd-floor Meeting Room (where Harold Night is performed). 

SIGN-UP DEADLINE: MONDAY, Nov. 21 at 11:59 p.m.

Please review the eligibility requirements for auditions in the news item HERE regarding auditions on Washington Improv Theater's website BEFORE SIGNING UP. Sign-ups who are not eligible will be removed from the auditions. We will endeavor to include as many people as possible in auditions, but space may be limited.

In the auditions, we're looking for players to demonstrate these skills:
  • making clear choices
  • making agreeable, playful choices (i.e. yes and)
  • keeping one's point-of-view or "deal"
  • having honest reactions
  • playing with emotional believability and depth
  • making moves that support other players
  • sharing focus (i.e. give and take)
  • recognizing and playing pattern and game
  • basic knowledge of the Harold

COVID POLICY for Auditions
Proof of vaccination (including booster shot) against COVID-19 is required. Please be prepared to show your vaccine card, legible photo of said card, or insurance information, along with a photo ID.  Auditioners can remain masked or unmask, per their preference. The panel observing auditions will remain masked. 

Harold teams are currently programmed on a 6-month cycle. These auditions are for teams that will rehearse and perform during the cycle from  January through June 2023.
