Each team must have at least one judge present at check-in.

Format:
-Novices debaters can partner together or one novice and one experienced.
-A general case list will be emailed to the debaters (and coaches) by October 26.
-Rounds will be blindly pre-slotted.
-Since the tournament is only 3 rounds, we'll do fun awards at the end.
-Ballots will be filled out, copied, and given to the debaters at the end of the tournament.
-Dress code will be a little looser than a regular tournament. This one will still require modest, business professional attire. No jeans, leggings, or tennis shoes. Boys must be in a collared shirt and tie, and slacks, no jacket required. Girls in skirts or pants, dressy shirt (no sleeveless shirts, unless a jacket/cardigan is worn over it). The experienced debaters can wear their regular tournament attire. The thought process for the novice debaters is to not have the expense of buying suits when they're unsure of what all this even is!
