2020 Summer Food Service Program Application
All sites must:
-Be a safe, secure location for meal service in an income eligible community (we will research this for you).
-Be approved for meal service and sign a partner agreement with LCFB.
-Attend a mandatory annual training.
-Be approved by the Department of Education via information provided in this application.
