Vegan Holiday Meals Workshop Series - Thursdays in November
Join Melina Jacques for a 4-week series of workshops preparing vegan holiday meals.
Melina will demonstrate how to make:

Nov 9: Spiced Pecan Pancakes & Pumpkin Pie Smoothie for breakfast
Nov 16: Chickpea Cutlets and mustard sauce for lunch
Nov 23: Hearty Stuffing, Gravy, and Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes for dinner
Nov 30: Vegan Pumpkin Pie, Coconut Whipped Cream, and Vegan Eggnog for dessert

She will also teach you how to make an incredible Tofurkey roast from scratch and hand out recipes for many delicious, crowd-pleasing vegan holiday meals.

Workshops will take place on Thursdays in November 2017 from 7-9 pm at Skeena Diversity

Cost: $40/series or $15/session
