Tell the organization about yourself.  Who are you as a person?  What hobbies do you have.  This might help us find a particular part of the organization in which you might excel.  This question is meant for you to shine.  Do not tell us anything that would be a violation of any kind of policy.
Our organization is composed of different sub teams.  If placed on one of these teams, you will have to attend the meetings the team has.  If you are unable to attend because of extenuating circumstances, such as having class at that time, then the team can accommodate that.  However, you will be expected to carry out any assigned tasks for the team.  Please acknowledge that you understand this.

While every.effort will be made to try and place some people on teams they are interested in, availability might be a factor.  Would you be interested in taking a position with a different sub team if needed.  You could always transfer to the new team when a spot becomes available.  This would be a great way to help you get your foot in the door.

Part of becoming a member of our organization is that you will have an entry project to show your commitment to the organization.  It will usually be something related to the team you are becoming a part of.  For example, someone joining the EE team might be asked to construct a simple circuit.  Someone from the CS team might be asked to write a program.  Someone from one of the mechanical team might be asked to investigate a mechanical concept.  Do not worry if you do not know how to do the project exactly.  Even if you cannot complete the project, this is more meant to show us about your commitment.  We will not give you a project that will beyond your capacity or one that will take a high degree of time to complete.  Please acknowledge that you understand about the the project.
