Clinical Supervision Form

Welcome! It is wonderful that you are here.

It’s essential to me that we align in our values and ethos, as I view supervision as a true partnership.

Imagine two hearts, two minds, and two souls coming together, embracing the call to courage, and bringing our whole selves to the supervision process. This deep connection allows us to grow, support our clients, and enhance our professional journeys collaboratively.

Collaborating with counsellors and therapists who resonate with this alignment is vital for fostering a rewarding and supportive supervisory connection.

Therefore, I encourage you to complete this form thoughtfully and honestly, enabling us to progress authentically. If our values align, I will email you to extend an invitation for a 20-30 minute connection call. During this connection call, we'll explore the potential of working together, gauging our compatibility and energy resonance.

Thank you for being here,

I look forward to supporting your on your journey.

With Love & Gratitude,

Sarah

---

Since qualifying as a clinical supervisor in 2015, I have worked with counsellors at various stages of their careers, from students embarking on their first placements to experienced therapists seeking new and expansive supervision.

I currently support both student counsellors and seasoned therapists in private practice and attached to organisations. My approach is integrative and intuitive, aiming to provide a supportive, safe, and expansive space tailored to your needs and level of experience. True connection—where you feel seen, heard, accepted, and understood—is essential to any relationship, and the supervisory relationship is no different.

I understand the complexities of working within organisations and the tenacity required to run a successful private practice. I offer flexible and adaptive supervision to nurture and guide newer counsellors while providing a reflective and expansive space for experienced therapists.

Our sessions will focus on you and your experiences, helping you positively shape your practice, enhance your toolkit and increase your self-belief, improve your client service, and support your well-being.

I won’t collude with you, yet I will be your biggest supporter; offering you challenge and congruent reflection.

Our supervision sessions will gift you a reflective space which will place yourself and your experiences at the forefront of our time together. This will enable you to positively shape your practice, increase your ‘tool kit’ and self-belief, develop your service to your clients and pro-actively encourage your own wellbeing too.

I’ve been blessed to support supervises’ at varying levels,  gaining my supervision qualification in 2015.

A gentle note on timings:

I am currently on maternity leave, until Spring 2026.

While this form will remain open, responses may take a little longer than usual. I will personally review all enquiries and respond as soon as I am able, with clearer timescales once I return to work. Thank you so much for your patience during this season.

I am currently operating a waitlisting to work together and you will be added to this and contacted in Spring.

I draw upon over 13 years’ experience as a BACP-accredited psychotherapist, coach and supervisor. My work has spanned the NHS, higher education and the charity sector, alongside private practice and workplace wellbeing consultancy. I have provided clinical supervision since 2015, offering reflective, trauma-informed supervision that supports both professional development and personal wellbeing.

Supervision for qualified counsellors and therapists is £80 per 60-minute session. This reflects my level of experience and sits within the current UK average for senior, accredited supervisors and therapy sessions.

This also aligns with my background in senior clinical and managerial roles and can include, where helpful, gentle support around developing private practice or integrating business considerations into supervision.

For counsellors in training or newly qualified practitioners, a small number of reduced-rate spaces may occasionally be available. If this applies to you, please feel free to share this on your form and we can explore it together.

If your organisation funds your supervision, please let me know whether invoices are required and if there are any funding limits. This helps us plan together, particularly if additional or extended sessions may be helpful. In some cases, organisations cover part of the cost while supervisees contribute the remainder, which can usually be arranged with ease.

I look forward to connecting with you and exploring how supervision can support your next stage of growth, when the timing is right.

Warmly,
Sarah
