General Membership Form | Maina Devi Foundation

This is the exclusive membership form of the Maina Devi Foundation for the year 2023/24.

The deliverables for General Member of Maina Devi Foundation are:

1. Attending Annual General Meeting

2. Right to share their ideas, plans, and views in drafted project proposals

3. Right to give an opinion on planning and goal setting for the organization's legal, finance, and general policies

4. Opportunities exclusive to members of MDF, like volunteering opportunities, programs invitation, and more


Membership fee: Rs. 1000

Note: The membership fees don't include MDF merchandise like t-shirts, masks, diaries, and others. Additional fees are required for it.

Eligibility:

1. Should be 16 years of age

The executive team will contact the interested individuals for membership fee once the form is submitted, through e-mail or phone.
