Following your RMA form submission, an RMA number will be emailed to the email address listed above.  Please include your RMA number on the shipping label when returning the product.  RMA numbers will only be valid for 14 days from the issue date.  Return shipping is the customers responsibility at which point the appliance will be shipped by ClearCenter back to you following the repair/replacement.  Advanced replacement of any kind is not available.  If you require another appliance or component quicker than the standard repair time please contact [sales@clearcenter.com] and they can help with facilitating the items needed.
