The Greater Silver Spring Democratic Club will hold a forum for candidates running to be the Democratic Party nominee for the position of Montgomery County Council Member for District 4 on April 26, 2022, 7:30 - 9:00 pm ET.

Please use the following form to register to attend the forum in-person.

Only those who have registered in advance will be allowed to attend the forum in-person.

This registration form will close after we have received 50 registrants.

This forum will be broadcast digitally through Zoom and Facebook Live.
