Be a part of the Business Alliance! This committee is a partnership between business leaders and educators. We work to provide experiences for students to enhance their growth so they may go on to make responsible, productive career choices. These experiences include the career fair, site tours, off campus events, and guest speaking just to name a few.
Gotta be there! The Career Fair! Be a part of the Career Fair on the morning of Friday, October 19th. It is a fun morning talking with students about the world of work! Will you come share your occupation, career journey and your company's focus?
Help develop those "soft skills"! Would you like to be a part of the our Practice Interview Team to help students practice those "soft skills" when meeting people for the first time? This event will be a part of our Career Day on the morning of Friday, October 19th.
Share your Career! Would you be willing to be a guest speaker in a classroom in order to share your expertise, talent, education or business? I will contact you to get more information to place you in the right location to share your expertise!
Share your business! Would you please host a group of students to your place of business to learn about the industry, company, individual jobs, educational requirements of the various jobs, and ins and outs of the day?
State Employees Credit Union will host Reality of Money for our 8th graders on January 18th. Easy conversation and great fun with the students as they learn "the reality of money". Can you join us for the morning (8-10:45)?
