Payment Plan Request Form

If approved for a payment plan, you will need to provide a deposit of 25% of the program tuition at the time you register. The balance must be paid in full before your child's first tech/dress rehearsal in the theater venue (check your program's rehearsal schedule for specific dates). Please review the Random Farms Standard Agreement (http://goo.gl/jT2mUc) before registering, which includes the Participation Policy and the Payment Plan policy.
