The deadline for submitting your speaker proposal for the 17th ELTA Serbia Conference is 18 February 2019.
Any proposal received after the deadline will be placed on the reserve list. All presenters will be notified about the acceptance of their proposal by 23 March 2019.
Before you begin your submission, please review the following instructions carefully. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
1. Review the online form in advance to identify all required information and prepare your materials accordingly. Please note the maximum word counts for all sections.2. Collect all the information you will need in advance to simplify the process.3. Prepare your submission using word processing software such as Microsoft Word as there is no spell check in the online form. These software packages will also allow you to perform a word count for the sections in which a maximum word count is specified.4. Please ensure your title is no more than ten words or approximately 50 characters, otherwise it will not appear as entered.5. Copy and paste your submission into the appropriate fields.
Your abstract will be included in the Conference programme. Please make sure that it accurately reflects the content of your presentation as it is according to abstracts in the Conference programme that Conference participants decide which sessions to attend.
Speakers are required to send a summary of 250 words (contents and plan of their presentation). Speaker Proposal Forms without an accompanying Summary will not be considered.
Presenters are invited to submit an article/articles for the bimonthly electronic Newsletter (ISSN 1820-9831).

Members of IATEFL, TESOL and partner associations are entitled to membership fees as well.
Your registration is complete after the payment has been completed.

For conference registration cancellations a fee of 2000 RSD (20 EUR) will be deducted. No refunds can be given for cancellations received after 1 April 2019.
