YOUTH CIRCUS 4 STUDENTS will all participate in the youth student show on Saturday May 23 and do NOT need to apply.

Shows will take place at our facility. Tickets will be sold online.
Gravity Alternative Movement
30 Clematis Ave
Waltham MA 02453

Youth students may be any level to participate in the student show.
Adult students must be at least level 3+.
Non-current-students may also be accepted for presentations in the show by special permission.

Performance experience of any sort is not required, and developing a performance / presentational sense in your chosen discipline is a great opportunity to grow and hone your abilities.

For our adult show, we anticipate having more show interest than we can accommodate in a single show. This unfortunately means that it is likely that we will have to select only certain acts to be present in the show. Our ideal show will feature a wide variety of skill levels, disciplines, and prior experience in performance. We will be accepting acts into the show in a way that helps to balance as many of these qualities as possible.

Don't have performance or show experience? No problem. We are here to guide you every step of the way through the creation process. The student show will be a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills, get practice in front of a supportive audience, and connect with the local community, friends, and family. We want this to be a fun process that will also challenge and push participants to be the best versions of themselves they can be!

Each student will work to construct a 3-6 minute show piece demonstrating skills they have mastered on a particular apparatus or in a particular discipline. Solo, duo, and group acts are all encouraged.

Additional details:
Students performing in the show will be offered two complementary tickets to give out to audience attendees.
Additional show audience members will be charged $10-$20 per ticket online. We anticipate the adult show selling out from online sales, as it has in the past. Ticket sales help fund our liability insurance for the performance day, chair rentals, photographer, and lighting equipment rental.
