By submitting this Apostille Request Agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

AĀ $25 handling chargeĀ will apply to any returned checks.

AĀ late fee of 10% per annum, or the maximum legal limit,Ā compounded monthly, will be added to any past due invoices until paid in full.

I am responsible forĀ any legal and collection feesĀ incurred by Sergio Musetti in the process of recovering unpaid invoices, returned checks, or late fees.

AĀ $50 cancellation feeĀ will apply if I choose to cancel after submitting this form.
