2023-2024 Morton Heat Basketball Travel Tryout Registration 
There are two scheduled tryout sessions for each grade level. To be considered for a Morton Heat Travel team, a player must attend at least one tryout session.  All tryout participants are encouraged to attend both tryout sessions, and in the event a player attends both sessions, the player's highest score will be utilized.

Tryouts will take place at Morton Junior High School and are closed to the public, with the exception of coaches, evaluators and Morton Heat Board.

3rd/4th Grade Girls: 2:30 - 4:00pm - Old Gym
5th Grade Girls: 4:00 - 5:30pm - Old Gym
6th Grade Girls: 5:30 - 7:00pm - Old Gym

Authorization to Seek Medical Care: As the parents(s)/guardian(s) of a member of the Morton Basketball Association, located in Morton, IL, I (we) authorize the supervisors of said team to seek emergency medical care/treatment in case of accident/injury to the above named while as a member of said team he (she) is participating in, traveling to or traveling from any event at which I (we) myself (ourselves) are not present. *

I understand that if my child is chosen for a Morton Heat travel team, there is a $110 fee payable to the Morton Heat, your child is responsible for their own uniform for the season and that your child will also need a basketball and reversible practice jersey for all practices.  Details will be provided at tryouts. *
