Women's Fall Bible Studies
Both studies begin the week of September 17th and continue through the week of December 2
(no study Thanksgiving week)
In the gospel, the righteousness of God is revealed - a righteousness that is by faith from first to last. (Romans 1:17 NIV) The Monday evening study will read through Romans, a book that “repeatedly changes the world by changing people” (Tim Keller). Through this study we will have our lives, our identities and our perspectives challenged and transformed as we ponder that only in Christ does God make the unrighteous righteous.
Facilitated by Laurie Robinson, Mondays, 6:30 pm, 1306 Glade Drive, Franklin
(this study will continue into the Spring)
Throughout history, God has made huge, extravagant, wonderful promises to humanity. At a particular point in history, he fulfilled all of his promises in the life, death, resurrection and rule of Jesus. This fall, we will take a rapid tour of the whole story of the Bible – the story of God’s promises and how Jesus is the fulfillment of every single promise. This study will use a book by Carl Laferton (pictured below). You can purchase the book on your own , or we can order one for you. Scholarships are available.
Facilitated by Charlotte Robinson, Tuesdays, 9:45 am, 1106 Gray Fox Lane, Franklin (this option is for the Fall only; another study will be offered during the Spring)
