Anchor Award Nomination Form
The Shepherd ISD Anchor Award is designed to recognize staff members who demonstrate a high level of service to our students, families, schools, district, and community.

1. Service to others without expecting anything in return.
2. High level of commitment to students, parents, and community.
3. Supporting the foundation of our schools' values in the best interest of students everyday.
4. P.R.I.D.E (Personally Responsible in Developing Excellence!)

Nominations will be reviewed by a committee and employees will be recognized before the Board of Trustees in our Anchor Award Pinning Ceremony each month.
